| Product property: |
1.widely used in composite to improve compatibility of macromolecule and mineral and tensile, bending resistant, hot property, electric specification and water resistance and used in PP,PVC,PC,PAfuran resin epoxy resin,phenolic resin,polyurethane,melamine resin with the dosage of KH-550 being 0.2-1.0% , activation temperature being 105-120°C
2. used as raw material of a new modified silicone oil and organosilicon super soft finish to make textile soft ,smooth, straight, anlistatig.
1% or less KH-550 in butyronitrile-methbond structural adhesive,polyethylene butyraldehyde-methbond adhesive,polyurethane adhesive, hot-melt adhesive can increase bonding power by 60% to 100%
3. improve bonding power and noncorrosibility of dope printing oil , reduce the curing temperature
4. for foundry industry reduce the use level of resin in silica sand, gas release and increase sand intension by30%
5 increace mechanical strength of magnetic material to keep it easier to be processed. |
