1, Standard proportion: Main adhesive： firming agent=6：1

2, Dilution: adding alcohol in main adhesive.

4, Glue spread calculation formula: dry glue spread (g/m² ) =1/5～1/6×work concentration%×net depth, including 1/5～1/6 percent conversion.

5, Glue spread amount: complex dry glue spread can be chosen between 1.5-3.0g/m² and the recommended work concentration is about 30%.

6, Dry：In order to promote solvent volatilization in foil glue, try to increase dry efficiency of compounding machine.

7, Lamination：Try to increase complex hot quinine temperature and pressure and the hot quinine temperature can be chosen between 50～90℃.

8, Curing：After composition, it should be sent to curing room as soon as possible. Under the 50±5℃ condition, curing for 12 hours can achieve prospective strength.
