Introduction:
Polyamide has excelelnt abrasion resistance. If lubricant is added, its abrasion resistance will be further improved. High mold temperature is helpful to increase the crystallinity of polyamide, so as to improve apparent hardness. Polyamide has strong moisture absorption. After absorbing moisture, its tensile and bending strength wil be reduced while impact strength will be improved.

Limits:

• not resistant to acid and oxidant
• easy to be oxidized
• not resistant to polar solvents such as water and alcohol
• easily absorb water, and its mechanical property and size stability will be influenced
