2．Formula
■No pre-drying needed
■Self regulation of the proportion of emulsion according to the denier of fibers.
■Addition of organosilicon: 0.4-0.6% of fiber wt.
■Speed of hot air≥1.5m/s
3．Directions for use
1)Formula of bath
2Preparation of bath (water: 9 portion, bath: 104kg)
Ⅰ Add water 90kg, HS-2064 0.4kg to bath and stir it at low speed for 10 min.
Ⅱ AddHS-2061 7kg, HS-2062 2kg, HS-2063 1kg in sequence to bath and stir for 20 min.
Ⅲ Apply the above bath to fiber finish
3)Other parameters:
Moisture rate: <10%
Carrying rate of solution: 8-10%
