Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate electroplating grade

It is used as an ionic additive for copper sulfate plating and acidic copper plating at wide range of tempretures for superior brightness. It is mainly used in the fields of science research., chemical reagent and printed circuit board industry because of our impurities such as Fe,Ca,Pb,As, Co,Ni are lower than the national standard GB665-88(chemical reagent grade).
