Use:
This machine is stainless steel multi-layer plate and frame filter press suitable for liquid with concentration lower than 50%, low viscosity and low dregginess hermetic filtration to meet the requirements of purification, sterilization, clarification and fine filtrations, de-activated carbon and semi-fine filtration. This machine has large filter area, large flow and wide application scope. So it is widely used in medicine, chemical, food and other industries. It has excellent effect in the filtration of injection liquid of pharmaceutical factory.
Structural features:
In addition to the motor, other parts of this machine are made of 304 or 316L high quality corrosive resistant stainless steel. It is suitable for the filtration of solution with various pH values. The filtration part is made of 10 layers of filter plates with large filter area and flow. We can change different filter membranes according to different production process and increase or decrease the number of layers according to the production flow. This machine has the feature of wide application range. The filter plate has use flat screw mesh with the features of advanced structure, no deformation, easy cleaning and can effectively increase the membrane service life to reduce production cost. The equipped stainless steel infusion pump of this machine has small motor with low power consumption. There are rubber ties under the engine base for mobile operation.
