PVDF microporous filter membrane has strong membrane mechanical strength, tensile strength (N/50mm) vertical larger than 250, horizontal larger than 150. The membrane has good thermal resistance and chemical stability. It can withstand high pressure steam sterilization at 128-142. It is resistant to strong acid, aliphatic, aromatic, alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, ether and other organic and inorganic solvents. The both sides of the membrane are whole without fiber exposure. The surficial pore are densely distributed with small pore size. The membrane has strong negative electrostatic and hydrophobic property. It can be used in liquid sterilization, partical filtration and also gas dehumidification, sterilization and dust filtration.
