 Horizontal liquid storage tank Introduction: The CG type storage tank has reasonable design, advanced technology, automatic control and is in line with GMP standards. The tank uses vertical or horizontal monolayer or double layer structure and is filled with insulation material according to customer requirements. The interior is polished to RA 0.45µm, and the exterior uses mirror plate or matte plate for insulation. There are inlet hole, reflux hole, disinfection hole, cleaning hole and manhole on the top and install 0.45µm air breathing apparatus. Vertical liquid storage tank Introduction: The CG type storage tank has reasonable design, advanced technology, automatic control and is in line with GMP standards. Product specification: 1m3, 2m3, 3m3, 4m3, 5m3, 6m3, 8m3, 10m3 and above.
Diluted tank Introduction: 1. This series containers has heating and thermal insulation functions and is manufactured, tested and checked based on "Steel Welded Vessel Technical Conditions". 2. The volume is from 100L to 7000 for you to choose, or design and process according to customer requirements. 3. The shaft seal uses imported sanitary mechanical sealing and the reducer can use world famous brand Germany Flender or SEW. The stirring speed is 36-53 rev/min or use frequency governor to control. 4. The interface uses internationally ISO standard quick chuck and the liner uses imported 316L or 304. 5. The tank has liquid level meter (non-contact ultrasonic, hydrostatic transmission type or glass tube type), air breathing apparatus, sterilization steam port, thermometer (digital display or dial type), CIP universal tank washer, lamphole sight glass, a number of liquid inlet and outlet, and manhole.
