Scope of application: universal oiling agent for the pre/post-spinning of Polyester staple.
Suggested emulsion concentration: fore-spinning 0.2 - 0.6%; post-spinning 2 - 6%.
Packing and storage:
1. 200kg Plastic or Plastic drum.
2. Storage: sealed tightly, kept at room temperature, Shelf life is 6 months at sealed condition.
Cautions:
1. avoid summer heat and winter freeze, no mix with other impurities; can't work with cation oiling agent
2. If used in winter, the oiling agent should be kept at 30°C for balance before use.
