Penetrant JFC

Ingredients: condensation compound of high grade fatty alcohol and epoxy ethane

Properties: Appearance: light yellow transparent thick liquid; Solubility: soluble in water; Ionicity: non-ion; Stability: good resistance to acid, alkali, chlorine, heat, hard water and metallic salt

Performance: wetting: wettings capacity: good wetting capacity, with good emulsification and wash capacity;affinity: no; Compatibility;it can work with all kinds of surfactants, resin and enzyme

Uses: used as Penetrant of textile industry, including sizing, desizing, bleaching, and carbonization, or used as penetration aid in dyeing bath and finishing bath, or Penetrant of leather coating..

Usage: (1)penetration:in textile, Printing & dyeing and finished treatment, if it can't use anion Penetrant, you can use this products with Dosage of 1-5g/l; (2)wool ablution; Penetrant JFC can wash wool, in acidic, basic and neutral condition, temp. is 40-50 degree c; (3)desizing: Dosage is 0.1% of liquid weight; (4)carbonization of wool: Penetrant JFC 0.5-1g/l (5)scouring of fibers: for acetate fiber and other chemical fibers, Penetrant JFC2-3g/l + CaCl2 5g/l.
