1.1 Product Name: FEP water dispersion
1.2 Product Introduction:
FEP water dispersion is formed through the copolymerization of 由tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It uses non-ionic surfactants as stabilizer, and has the typical features of fluor resins: continuous working temperature is 200℃, highest working temperature can reach 240℃; chemically inert to almost industrial chemicals and solvents. Its products feature excellent resistance to heat/corrosion, outstanding chemical inertness, good electric insulativity and low friction coefficient.
2. Use
It can be used for depositing and dipping; also suitable for the processing of heat-resistant PTFE impregnated fibrous exterior coating, printed circuit board, electroinsulating materials, chemical isolated materials, melt adhesive for the bonding of PTFE and FEP. It is also used in the preparation of priming paint for metal-clad base materials; it is also used for the making of release coated paper and high insulation film etc.
