"Juhua®" FJP-T1 FEP is mainly used in the extrusion of insulation layers and jackets for small-sized conducting wires, and suitable for the manufacture of AWG28#-36# wires & cables (wall thickness: 0.07mm min.). Compared with other "Juhua®" FEP, it has higher melt flow rate, lower impurity content and better stability. It can be used for high-speed extrusion, and the cable speed can reach 120m/min. This product contains no PFOA and PFOS, and has been approved by UL (QMFZ2: E320038, QMTM2: E312670) and SGS.
Application
It is mainly used for the insulation of small sized high temperature lines and jackets for data/communication lines. It is suitable for the manufacture of AWG28#-36# wires & cables.

Extruding machine material
It is corrosive to most metals, and anti-corrosion materials are suggested for the extruding machines, such as:
HA C-276 Inconel625 GH113
Recommended processing conditions
Extruding machine L/D: 25: 1～30: 1;
Screw compression ratio: 3: 1;
Equilibrium ratio: 1.0～1.03;
Draw ratio: 120～150.
