Characteristics Curekind®MBT is light yellow, grey white powder, bitter smell, no toxic, insoluble in water and gasoline, a little soluble in benzene, easy to soluble in ethyl acetate.
Application A general purpose accelerator .mainly used in tires, rubber shoes, belts and other technical rubber goods, it is not used in food contact rubber articles due to its bitterness. MBT is regulated for use in food contact articles as specialized under the FDA regulation and under BgVV regulation.
