Properties:
ZDTP has high crosslink yield in EPDM containing sulphur, zinc oxide, thiazoles and Thiuram Accelerators ZDTP has good processing safety, good storage stability; as vulcanization accelerant for NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR etc.
NR: 2 ~ 3 poses; SBR/ NBR: 2 ~3 poses; EPDM: 2~3 poses.

Compared with traditional liquid ZDTP, Actmix® ZDTP-50 has the following advantages:
master batch ZDTP-50 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, thus can effectively ensure the activity of ZDTP.
No clay domain appears with master batch at room temperature
Has low Mooney viscosity at low temperature such as 50°C to improve disperse quality
While granulation, master batch can filtering to lower rejection rate.
Has good compatibility with different rubbers |
