Introduction:
Ingredients: Emulsion of high molecule weight aliphatic ester
Appearance: white or light yellow flaky matter
Density: 1.25-1.50g / cm³ (20°C)
Melting point: 52 - 60°C
Shade of cured rubber: no
Uses:CUREKIND 55P has good thermal stability and low volatility at high temperature, good mold release and flow properties, is used as plasticizer and lubricant in the rubber industry, especially for working conditions asking for thermal stability and excellent mold release. In the process of mastication of rubber , it offers solution and lubrication; is an excellent filler and chemical dispersants. To improve the plasticity of raw rubber and the flow properties, increase injection speed and quantity, so that injection and sealing products such as rolled products and molded thin smooth surface, offers no bad effects on the curing characteristics.
