Introduction:
Ingredients: mixture of selected high molecular weight saturated fatty acid zinc salts
Appearance: light yellow granules
Density:1.05g / cm3 (20°C)
Ash: 13.0 ± 1 %(850°C2hr)
Melting range:95-107°C
Staining of Vulcanizates : no
Uses: disperse lubrication auxiliary CUREKIND 50P has excellent physical lubrication, can reduce the viscosity of natural rubber and synthetic rubber for easier processing, Can improve the scattered nature and scorch safe of filler and rubber chemicals in rubber compounds, can promote the curing, help the release of curing products to to keep clean of molds. including high extrusion rate good dimensional stability and low expansion of mouth; can reduce the mixing time, change the flow properties of unvulcanized rubber, no adverse impact to the bonding of rubber and metal, can improve the storage stability of rubber, especially beneficial to direct curing process. As to EPDM, it can improve permanent deformation on compression.
Application & Dosage:lubricant of highly filled the diolefin kind of synthetic rubber
