Properties:
Insoluble Sulphur OT20 contains 75% or above of modified polysulfur (which is insoluble in solvents and CS2).. it can be used in natural or synthetic rubber to prevent migration, and frost of sulfur, and keep the storage safety of rubber materials
. To delay the change time of Insoluble Sulphur into soluble Sulphur, OT20-70 should be added before mixing, and the sulfur temperature should not be too high .

Compared with traditional powdered insoluble sulphur IS, Actmix ®OT20-70GE F500 has the following advantages:
master batch IS60-75 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, thus can effectively ensure the activity of insoluble sulphurIS.
No clay domain appears with master batch at room temperature
Has low Mooney viscosity at low temperature such as 50°C to improve disperse quality
While granulation, master batch can filtering to lower rejection rate.
Has good compatibility with different rubbers |
