Properties:
HVA-2 can work with sulfur in natural rubber to prevent reversion and improve heat resistance, lower heat of rubber. It can be used as Curing Agent, also used as additive of peroxide. HVA-2 can be used as the Curing Agent and accessory Curing Agent of synthetic rubber or rubber plastic to improve crosslinking capacity and heat resistance. HVA-2 also can significantly reduce the compression deformation of rubber, to improve adhesion strength of metal and rubber and tire cord , and prevent the scorch in the processing of rubber. HVA-2 can be used in general rubber products, also suitable for special large rubber tires and large size of rubber products. HVA-2 o is one kind of non-sulfur Curing Agent , can be used as the substitute of sulfur-containing Curing Agent.
Dosage: as Anti-scorching agent 0.5-1.0 portions , as Curing Agent 2-3 portions , Improve the deformation under compression 1.5 portions , Improve adhesive strength 0.5-5.0 portions . |
