Application of DCP:
Cross-linking PE( XLPE) for wire and cable applications
DCP cross-links each other among PE molecular chains. Both HDPE and LDPE can be cross-linked.  When XLPE applied into wire and cable, it can offer the excellent insulation effects. It also keeps wire and cable from melting by the heat generated when electrical current goes through it.
Cross-linking of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate ( EVA) copolymer:
Foamed EVA sponges are light, with good coloring and wear resistance characteristics,  and are widely used in beach sandals, slippers and shoes, and other products. EVA is one kind of  thermoplastic with elasticity.  With DCP cross-linking agent,  it can improve the formation of fine and uniform cells for high quality products and heat and wearing  resistance
Cross-linking of Ethylene Propylene copolymer (EPM) and Ethlyene Propylene Diene Ter-Polymer(EPDM)
EPM lacks of unsaturated radical in molecule.  DCP can be used as cross-linking to improve EPM and EPDM charateristics of heat resistance and persistent stability.   EPM and EPDM with the cross-linking by DCP are widely use for wire and cable covering, etc.
