leakage between the clear liquid is normal phenomenon;
6, in washing cloth and plate / box, be careful not to let the water splashed
on the fuel tank of the power supply;
7, removal, replacement plate / box, the force should be appropriate to prevent
the collision damage, non-beat, impact, so as not to plate / frame break. Plates
/ box must not be placed in the wrong place; filtration can not be won without
authorization plate / box, cylinder stroke is not enough to avoid accidents;
Plates / frame break, should the timely replacement can not continue to use,
otherwise it will cause other Plates / frame break;
8, models for the undercurrent of pipe installation, a liquid pipe should not
be higher than the position of the mouth of fluid filter press to reduce the
filtration of the fluid resistance, and should ensure a smooth flow of liquid
pipelines.
9, electric contact pressure gauge (DY) pointer, the lower limit of the factory
has been fine, users typically do not move, if the user wants to adjust the
pressure, then the limit of no leakage shall prevail, the ceiling should not
exceed 27Mpa;
10, high-pressure relief valve (YH) before the factory moved 27Mpa, if the
user wants to adjust its own fuel tank nominal pressure, should be high-pressure
relief valve (YH) all stressed pine, and then start the piston (B), slow Slow
to adjust the pressure relief valve (YH) to the desired pressure, but not more
than 27Mpa;
11, safety relief valve (YA) before the factory moved 29Mpa, the user must
not be altered at random;
12, hydraulic oil (YA-N46, YC-N46) should be filled through the air filter
into the fuel tank, must meet the requirements of oil. And to prevent the sewage
and debris into the fuel tank to prevent rust hydraulic components, plug;
13, electrical box to keep dry, the pressure gauge, solenoid valve coil, and
various electrical components should be regularly inspected to ensure that
the machine working properly. Required to be closed after the shutdown of air
switch, cut off the power supply.
14, fuel tank, cylinder, piston pump and relief valve and other hydraulic components
are subject to regular cleaning no-load operating cycle method, in general,
use of filter press working environment cleaned once every six months, the
working oil filter accuracy 20μm. The new machine in the use of 1-2 weeks,
the need for hydraulic oil, oil change, dirty oil will put the net, and to
drain the fuel tank cleaned a second time for one month, after an oil change
once every three months or so (also according to different environment appropriate
