Pipeline Operation Description:

2, Ming flow washable Model: D, E mouth sealed, feed filter, the valve 1 to open, close the valve 4,5. Adjust the feed back control valve regulating flow and pressure, tap out the liquid. Washing (or blow), the valve 2 open, valve 1 closed, open the valves 4,5, B, C mouth into the wash water (compressed air); washing board, tap off;

3, undercurrent can not wash models: B, C mouth sealed, and no tap out the fluid, filter feeding, the valve 1 to open, D, E mouth out of fluid.

4, undercurrent washable models: No Tap out the fluid, filter feeding, the valve 1 open; off valve 4,5, open the valve 6,7 fluid; can realize cross-washing (blow), first open the valve 2 , 4,7, close the valve 1,5,6, washing water (or compressed air) from the B, D mouth into the washing board, from the C, E port discharge. 1,4,7 and then close the valve, open the valve 2,5,6, washing water (compressed air) from the C, E mouth into the washing of plates, from the B, D mouth discharge;

5, tap opening and closing in attached Figure 2; washing system and the blowing system, process conditions can be chosen according to the user;

6, the valve should be installed close to the thrust plate.
