Wenzhou Plastic Additives Factory(WPAF) is a private stock enterprise located in the Shachengbei industry zone, Longwan district, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province,China. It's near the railway station and airport; we enjoy good location. Founded in 1997, WPAF is the the first manufacturer of Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers and their intermediates, with a fixed asset of RMB 50 million yuan and annual output of 1000 tons of Light Stabilizers and their intermediates ( the annual production value is about RMB 50 million yuan) . At present, WPAF has got the I/E license and the certificates of national quality system and ISO9001-2000 quality system.

Anhui Cosmos Chemical Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary of Wenzhou Plastic Additives Factory in Mengcheng county, Haozhou city, Anhui province. Established in 2004, Anhui Cosmos Chemical Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of Light stabilizer 944, Antioxidant 3114 and relative products, with total assets of USD 2.8 million, a land of 40mu, 10,000sqm of workshop and 100 employees. There are a dozen of technicians working for COSMOS to develop new product and control the product quality. Meanwhile, our product analysis room and new product laboratory are well-equipped with leading equipment and devices, which can measure and analyze the products accurately; therefore 100% of our products are qualified. At present, we can produce 500 tons of Light stabilizer 944 and 1,000 tons of Antioxidant 3114 every year, both of them are well-received in the international market.
