YB8000  series are depending on our existing products to develop pretreatment products with solutions that are especially tailored to the needs of the plastics industry. It’s consisting of conventional pearl pigment coated with polyethylene, which is specially applied to plastic application.
The appearance of Conventional pearlescent pigment is mostly free flowing powder, they do not avoid the dusting when we use them. Nowaday we pay more attention to environment, security and health, so we develop the YB8000  series for the plastic industry.
Essentially, un-pretreated conventional pearlescent pigment is hydrophilic, therefore, it can be moist easily, but it does not moist and dispersion very easily together with non-polar such as hydrocarbon and plastic. In this way, it is necessary to pretreated surface of pearl pigment, in order to well-dispersed them easily. Hence, KW®8***series also is called pre-dispersion pearlescent pigment.
Characteristic:
