Product Description: |
IMD pump is high-power, high-lift fluoroplastics magnetic pump, the appearance and mounting dimension are designed in compliance with ISO international standard. It has compact structure and it is simple to disassemble. Main parts adopt steel lining F46, thus the pump body has high strength; isolation sleeve is made of non-metallic material, thus it has greatly reduced the eddy-current loss. It can be used for the transmission of high-concentration, strongly corrosive medium with the density of more than 1.9t/m3. It is especially suitable for the transmission of acid, alkali, oxidant and inflammable, explosive, volatile medium. IMD series magnetic pump has excellent performance, low price, thus it can substitute for expensive magnetic pump. |

IMD series fluoroplastics magnetic is produced on the basis of CQB magnetic pump and it has improved the structure of the pump body. Use: |
Pump sleeve is made of high-strength carbon fibre, thus it totally eliminates the influence of eddy current to the pump. It is especially suitable for inflammable, explosive, toxic occasions. For flow part adopting 'fluoroplastics alloy', it can continuously deliver acid, alkali, strong oxidant and other corrosive medium of any concentration without any damage. Operating Temperature: -30℃-120℃, or custom high-temperature type with the suitable temperature≤150℃. |
