Physico-chemical property:
It is white nonfixiform easy flow powder. It is easy to react with oxygen. It will decompose into methanol and sodium hydroxide when meet moisture or water. It will decompose in the air if the temperature is more than 126℃. It is soluble in methanol and ethanol and insoluble in benzene and toluene.

Product usage:
It is mainly used in the production of vitamin A1, B1, sulphadoxine, sulfadiazine, trimethoprim and other pharmaceutical industry. It can also be used in biodiesel industry. Besides, it can be used as edible catalyst and analytical reagent.
