Properties:Colorless crystal or white powder, has a special
acid taste, freely soluble in water, methyl alcohol and alcohol,slightly
soluble in

decomposed.

Use: Mainly used in the detection of malic acid dehydrogenase,

manufacture of esters, salt and biochemical research.
