Medium-temperature foaming agent with low ammonia

Introduction
It is widely used in the foam of plastic material and rubber like EVA、PE、PVC. Especially in the technology of heat pressing large or small mode of EVA shoes material injecting foam.

Applications
In the EVA Rubber mixture,the Decomposition Temperature of this series foaming agent is not very high and it will produce Nitrogen、Carbon dioxide and a little Ammonia gas around 150°C .It can completely decomposed in a short time for not adding any activating agent and no variegation. Zinc Oxide, stearic acid and stearate can be used as activating agent and make the Decomposition Temperature is much lower.
The Decomposition of this foaming agent is not very hard and reaction mechanism match with DCP half life of decomposition.The speed of foaming and crosslinking is to be synchronized. fine-textured cell structure can be made and shorter time of foaming and crosslinking. Physical properties of finished products is high performance.especially the rebound resilience is appreciable increased.
This series of foaming agent can provide the good whiteness,the same as the Low-temperature blowing agent. There is no need to add titanium dioxide so that avoiding the damage of physical properties caused by too much pigments. This foaming agent contains no offensive smell by formaldehyde.
 Medium-temperature foaming agent has the advantages of High-temperature and Low-temperature. It is a perfect AC improved goods.

Package and Storage:
This series of foaming agent features excellent stability when stored under the common temperature. It should be kept in the cool and dry place and be kept far from hot steam pipeline, fire source, and direct sunlight. Never let it contract direct acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, not to make frequent skin contact with it and not to swallow it.
A bag contain 25kg of this kind of foaming agent, bags are packed in cartons or barrels, depending on clients’ demand.

The total weight of this foaming agent series in a batch amount to 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of the same batch, users may test only a handful of it for confirmation, if the test result is ok, then they may use the whole batch with certainty.
