Synthetic hydrochloric acid (food grade)
Chemical formula: HCl
Properties: aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride, colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid, fume in the air, with strong pungent odor and strong corrosivity, harmful to organs and mucous membrane of people. HCl is a kind of strong acid, capable to react with and solubilize many metals, and react with metal oxides, alkali and most salts.
Specification: hydrogen chloride ≥31.0% iron ≤0.001% sulfate (base on S04-2)≤0.007%ĦĦĦĦ Aresenic ≤0.0001%
ĦUse: 1. food industry: used to hydrolyze monosodium glutamate and starch.
2. textile industry: used as decomposition promoter for fiber and textle bleaching.
3. steel electroplating: used as etching agent and surface detergent for metals.
4. others: used to produce various organic products, inorganic products, medicines, dyes, and used in paper making, tanning and so on.
