Fujian Xialu Electrochemical Co., Ltd. is a chlor-alkali chemical enterprise jointly invested and established by Xiamen Electrochemical Factory and the private enterprise - Changtai Xiaguang Paper Product Factory.
The company was located in Xingtai Industrial Zone in Changtai County, Zhangzhou City, covering an area of 110,000 m2. It abuts against Jiao-Tai Highway, and is close to Haicang of Xiamen, Longhai of Zhangzhou and Fu-Xia-Zhang Expressway, so enjoys advantaged land and sea transportation conditions.
 Xiamen Electrochemical Factory, as one of the earliest chlor-alkali chemical enterprises in Fujian province, was established in 1957. It has considerable technical force, rich experience on production and management, and experienced and high-qualified employees. For urban renewal, it was moved to Changqing.
