Aluminum zinc hydrotalcite is one kind of laminarization Double-hydroxyl metal oxide (LDHs), is a typical anion laminarization compound. This product is the technical achievement of China 863 program.

The assay of heavy metals in Aluminum zinc hydrotalcite ( as lead and tin, etc) ≤ 0.1 %, it can replace 1/3 of organotin thermal stabilizer without any loss of heat stability.

When we add this product into PVC products, the performance of these PVC products are better than the same PVC products that uses LDHs from Japan. Our LDHs can improve the break strength and elongation on failure, it also can improve the resistance to fume and ignition. It also can offer good lubrication to the PVC matter, thus it greatly promotes the process fluidity of PVC resin. In the same dosage, our products can offer better performance than the same LDHs from Japan.
