 CNPC Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Industrial Co. established on 12th May 2005, and combined by the former Lanzhou Petro-processing and Chemical Complex of China National Petroleum Corp. and Lanzhou Chemical Industry Corporation, is the regional branch of China National Petroleum Corporation.
The fore-body of CNPC Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Industrial Co., namely the Lanzhou Petro-processing and Chemical Complex of China National Petroleum Corp. and Lanzhou Chemical Industry Corporation, were the key project of the state "1st Five-year Plan". Over the past half century, with the working style of "hardworking, thrifty, pragmatic", we have made great contributions to the economic and social development of the country. By the end of Dec. 2005, the total assets of the CNPC Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Industrial Co., had reached 3.9 billion RMB yuan, net assets 2.1 billion RMB yuan, and major business income 4.115 billion RMB yuan. The company, with 23 departments and sections as well as over 40 units, has more than 16,000 employees including over 2,000 senior engineers.
Main business: extended processing of chemicals; manufacture of machines and meters; engineering technical construction; petro-chem production services; physical distribution, communications, traffic and transportation; trainings; life and social service; realty management, leasing, real estate development; agriculture, afforestation and environmental protection, guest house services; international trade, international projects, labor service export, technology transfer etc.
The company now has over 20 sets of petro-chem production equipments, which are capable of the manufacture of more than 90 products, including aniline, methyl ethyl ketone, maleic anhydride, normal hexane, organic auxiliary agents, rubber latex and special type rubbers, Hydrogenation Petroleum Resin lubricating greases, new-type materials, pour point depressant of diesel oil etc., Among them, aniline and MDI grade aniline rank 2 in China in terms of production scales. And we boast 30% of the total production capacity of C5 Hydrogenation Petroleum Resin in China, special type rubbers has also been successfully applied in China's Manned Spacecraft Project. With top-notch technical force in the manufacture of machinery and instrument, the company can produce 5 series (with over 400 types) petro-chem machines like 2,000-33,000 KW steam turbines and 6 series (with over 100 types) industrial control instruments. Among them, 3,3000 KW flue gas turbine expander, oil filed mud drilling & production instruments have supplied a gap in terms of production technology in China. The company is also certified in the design in the petro-chem, chemical, pharmaceutical and natural gas Industry; in contracting of petro-chem projects; and in supervision of petroleum chemicals, house construction and public works etc. Our products, like chemicals, greases, machinery and instruments, have also been exported to the US, Germany, Kazakstan, Korea, Pakistan, Bangladesh and the Southeast Asia etc. |
