HUAYUAN was the first full imported processing lines of titanium
dioxide plant with output of 15000 metric tons per year in
China, the full processing lines and laboratory instruments
were imported the latest advanced technology and key equipments
from abroad. The principal equipments and large precision
analysis testing instruments are imported from eight countries
-- Germany, USA, Finland, etc. The whole process lines are
controlled by DCS systems which imported from SIEMENS in Germany.
The process lines started running on May 1993.CNNC HUA YUAN
manufactures 14 kinds of high class of titanium dioxide, such
as A-101, R-215 and so on. At present, several types of titanium
dioxide produced by CNNC HUA YUAN, such as Anatase, Rutile
and synthetic fibre types were widely used in the high class
coatings, plastics, papers, inks, synthetic fibre, rubber
industries. CNNC HUA YUAN had been certified and approved
by the quality standards GB/T19001-2000 (idt ISO9001:2000)
quality system. Electronic elements and the quality standards
of the products of CNNC HUA YUAN are higher than GB1706-93
Chinese National Quality Standard.
