Industry formaldehyde solution is colorless transparent liquid, with irritating odor and corrosive capacity, The maximum permissible concentration in the air is 10ppm.
1.5.2Uses
Uses:
Synthetic resin :used as material of urea-formaldehyde resin, tricyanamide-formaldehyde resin, carbamate, formaldehyde resin, cyanamide and dicyanamide formaldehyde resin,sulfamide-formaldehyde resin, aniline formaldehyde resin, and so on.
Synthetic fertilizer and slow-effect fertilizer : formaldehyde can be used as the material of herbicide. IN USA, 99% of lacquering fertilizer are from urea-formaldehyde resin.
Synthetic perfume: formaldehyde: it is the main material of perfume and intermediates.
The auxiliary agent of synthetic material : formaldehyde is the material of synthetic rubber and plastic process auxiliaries, such as MS-20, MOCA, TR, NNO, NF .
Textile auxiliary : polyvinyl alcohol fibre
Paper treatment agent :amino resin/ modified starch.
Leather treatment agent :tanning agents.
Drugs:
Metallurgy auxiliary : petrochemical auxiliary, explosive, etc.
