Titanium
Colorants (Golden Color)
Titanium (golden color) colorant products have been
studied and developed for years in the company, and
they are prepared according to various processes and
formulas, thus catering for the need of different customers.
1. Electrophoresis Titanium Colorants (Product
No.: YC-66)
The technology was introduced from Italy, and it has
been coupled with the current treatment process of our
country. The performance, characteristic and controllability
of the products meet the national quality criterion
completely, and no other metal salts are required. In
addition, there is no special requirement for equipments,
and the operation is simple. -
1.1 Technical Parameters and Operation Conditions:
1.1.1 Process: pretreatment - anode oxidation - titanium
coloring - electrophoresis treatment (sealing treatment)
1.1.2 Solution Composition and Operation Conditions:
YC-66:10%(100%g/1)
Sulfuric acid: 12-15g/1
Voltage: 12-18V
Temperature: 25-350C
1.2 Routine Control:
According to the theoretical calculation, 8-12kg of
YC-66 is consumed for the treatment of 450m2(about
one ton)of section bars. YC-66 concentrated liquid should
replenished according to the analysis result every day.
At normal operation state, the operation points have
6-8 points.
1. 3 Analysis Method:
Determination of sulfuric acid concentration: Add 5ml
of test solution to a 250ml beaker, and add 100ml of
water, then titrate the test solution with 1N NaOH standard
solution till the pH meter indicates pH=3.6. Record
the consumption volume (A ml) of NaOH standard solution.
Calculation: H2SO4(g/1)=A*NNaOH*9.8
Determination of AlAL3+ concentration: Continue
to titrate the solution with 1N NaOH standard solution
till pH=7. Record the consumption volume (B ml) of NaOH
standard solution.
Calculation: Al3+(g/1)=(B-A)*/NNaOH*1.8
Determination of operation points: Add 10ml of test
solution to a 50ml volumetric flask, and add distilled
water up to the scale. Add 20ml of the above diluent
to a 250ml iodimetric flask, and add 10ml of hydrochloric
acid (HCl content is 37%) and about 60ml of water, then
add 3-4g of KI and 2g of KF, and then stir the solution
until it turns red-brown. Leave the solution in the
dark place for five minutes, then add 2ml of starch
solution as indicator, and then titrate the solution
with 0.1N Na2S2O3 standard solution till the end point
(red-brown turns pink).
Calculation: operation points=NNa2S2O3VNa2S2O3*9.87
