1.4 Note: It is suggested that the products should be treated by electrophoresis process after they are colored, which will make them appear splendid and luxury.

2. Hybrid Titanium (Golden) Colorants (Product No.: YC-03)
YC-03 is an improved product of YC-01 and YC-02 series, and it can be used in sealing and electrophoresis treatment. The product is preferred by aluminum surface processing industry due to its simple operation and affordable price.

2.1 Technical Conditions and Technical Parameters:
2.1.1 Process: pretreatment (emery or polishing treatment) — anode oxidation — titanium coloring — sealing treatment (electrophoresis treatment)
2.1.2 Solution composition:
YC-03: 10%(concentrate100g/1)
Sulfuric acid: 10-16g/1
Operation temperature: for sealing: 23-28⁰C; for electrophoresis: 38-46⁰C

Voltage: 8-15V (depending on the colored depth)

Operation points: 6-9 points

2.1.3 For electrophoresis titanium coloring, the solution requires heating and keeping a constant temperature. The coloring temperature of products for sealing treatment is lower than that of products for electrophoresis treatment, and the coloring system is the same as the heating coloring system, but the coloring time is different.

2.2 Routine Control:
Control the solution concentration and temperature according to the analysis result. To produce 450m2 aluminum workpiece (one ton), 6-8kg (for sealing) or 12-16kg (for electrophoresis) of colorant is needed.

2.3 Analysis Method: (the same as YC-66)

2.4 Auxiliary Equipments: Heating system and circulation system are required.
