Established on June 31, 2009, Hezhou Zhaojun Chemical Co., Ltd. is a private manufacturing, trading and researching enterprise of Superfine modified heavy calcium carbonate. Located in the New Material Industrial Park of Pinggui Management Area in Hezhou city of Guangxi province, Hezhou Zhaojun Chemical Co., Ltd covers an area of 66,670m2 and owns 30,000m2 of buildings. The total investment of Hezhou Zhaojun Chemical Co., Ltd is CNY 130 million, and is it invested in three stages: The first stage can annually produce 300,000 tons of superfine heavy modified calcium carbonate powders (400mesh-7,000mesh) and other superfine powders of non-metallic ores; the second stage is 150,000 tons of production lines of modified heavy calcium carbonate powders. It now has been put into production.
We introduced the leading superfine powder production line from Taiwan Jiujiu Machinery Co., Ltd. in the second half year of 2010; the main materials are the mineral resources of Hezhou city, including Marble, calcite, barite and quartz, etc. In 2011, we introduced the leading production line from Taiwan Jiujiu Machinery Co., Ltd. for the production of Superfine, high pure, high activated quality calcium carbonate powder (400mesh-7,000mesh), special powders for marble & Agglomerated stone. At present, the main products in Chinese market are heavy calcium carbonate powders with low mesh number, high energy consumption and low added values. Our products can help to adjust manufacturing structure of this industry, improve production methods and procedures of this industry of China.
