Physical and chemical properties:
Appearance is cream-colored yellow uniform powder, initial melting point of dry product 193℃. Insoluble in water. It is yellow transparent solution when soluble in sodium hydroxide. It can couple with diazoic salt of aromatic amine series to produce insoluble azoic dyes.
