APPLICATION

Mainly used in the production of surfactants.A little part is anion surfactants,and some are nonionic surfactants,e.g.polyethenosy ether,has a good performance of resistence to acid and alkali,and oxydation,as well as the performance of wetting,emulsifying and cleaning.

ANALYSIS

Nonylphenol product analysing is performed on the most advanced apparatus in the world.

1. Nonylphenol content determination:Using HP-5890-GC,and HP 3396 intersgrates.Analysing process is of rapid speed,high accuracy and reliability.
2. Water determination:water apparatus are imported respectively from METROHM and METTLER company in Switzerland.They can examine water in nonylpyenol strictly.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

1. Nonylphenol product packed in galvanized iron barrels sized 200L,net weight 188kg/bl.
2. There are five nonylphenol storage tanks,each capacity 200M³.
3. Nine railway lines were built inside the Works which direct to main railway of Binzhou line.HPW owns railway vessels for transporting nonylphenol product,can meets the different requirements of transport packed in drums or in isotanks.
