Products
¡¡¡¡ Paraffine
chloride is the general name for chloride derivants whose chlorine
content is 13-74% and which is made from paraffin whose carbon atom
number ranges from C0 to C30 by chloriding. Paraffine chloride is
widely used as PVC auxiliary plasticizer, antiextrusion and antiwear
agent of lube oil, and addictive fire retardant in chemical industry,
oil refining, textile, mining, transportation, architecture, mechanical
engineering, and so on.
¡¡¡¡Paraffine chloride could be categorized as RCL-13, RCL-30, RCL-42,
RCL-52, RCL-60, RCL- 70 and so on in terms of its chloride content.
¡¡¡¡The following are products of paraffine chloride our factory
produces:
Paraffine Chloride-52
¡¡¡¡1. This product is industrial paraffine chloride 9chlorine content
is 50%-54%) made from normal liquid paraffin whose average carbon
number is 15 by chloriding.

¡¡¡¡3. physical and chemical properties
¡¡¡¡Paraffine chloride-52 has light spicery, poisonousless and burning-resistant.
It could become relative stable emulsion if mixed with water under
normal temperature. Under 70-100¡æ, the emulsion will be stratified.
After the vapor is puffed away by hot air, it will restore to transparent.
Paraffine chloride is soluble in organic agents like benzene and
aether, raw oil, light diesel fuel, etc, and has good compatibility
with PVC resin synthetic rubber. If lighted, shined upon, or heated,
it will decompose and produce HCL so that its color becomes darker
and even black.
¡¡¡¡4. Uses:
¡¡¡¡mainly used as auxiliary plasticizer of PVC products. Also used
as addictives for rubber, paints, and cutting oil.
¡¡¡¡5. packing and storing:
¡¡¡¡It is packed in plastic barrel or galvanized zinc barrel, 250kg/b.
Reserve it in shady, cool, dry and ventilating place and protect
it from being heated or insolated.
Paraffin Chloride-42
¡¡¡¡1. this product is made from normal paraffin chloride
gas of C15.

¡¡¡¡3. physical and chemical properties:
¡¡¡¡This product is white powder. It has good chemical stability and
does not react to oxidant and dilute alkali under normal temperature.
It is odorless, poisonousless, insoluble in water and in many organic
solvents, and insoluble in lower alcohol such as ethanol.
¡¡¡¡4. uses:
¡¡¡¡This product has good chemical stability, compatibility and excellent
cooperative effect with fire retardant of phosphor and antimonous
oxide. It is widely used as fire retardant for all kinds of products,
such as rubber, plastics, wires and cables, as the fire-proof democratic
materials, anti-electrostatics, paints, and so on. It can also be
applied in printing ink and wood treatment.
¡¡¡¡5. Packing and storing
¡¡¡¡Woven bag lined with plastic bag, net weight 25kg/bag. Keep it
in shady, cool and dry storehouse. Be careful of loading and unloading.
