The company is consisted of four subsidiaries (the second branch factory, smelting factory, coating factory and machining factory), Vanadium company, ferrovanadium industrial company, selling house and administration office. Total staff is 1172, including technical personnel 185.

The leading product of the company is "Ji Guan Shan" vanadium pentoxide, which is excellent product of the state, winning the "Diamond" pride of international quality product of Mexico international market research meeting. Our annual output is currently 3200t of V2O5, and will be 6600t of V₂O₅, 3000t of Ferrovanadium,alloy and 5000t of coatings in 2005. Sales revenue will be RMB380,000,000.
