Power
distribution units (PDU) for racks and cabinet, which has
various functions, standards and mounting styles, is secure,
reliable and professional, provides proper power distribution
solutions for various electric environment and makes the cabinet
and rack orderly and aesthetic and the cabinet power maintenance
convenient and credible.
PDU is a custom-made product whose function
modules are decided by the users. The product is distinctive
in design, finished in techniques, rational in configuration,
good in quality and easy in assembly and operation. It is
comprehensively applied for power distribution in various
19” (482.6mm) and other standard racks and cabinet.

01. Resettable overload protector
The resettable overload protector has got security certification
and strict inspection by quality control laboratory. The overload
protector is smart, secure and resettable. When overload phenomenon
is excluded, you can reset it to recover power supply. Customers
can decide whether or not to equip this function module.
02. Clear digital display of current
The digital display makes you clear about the current and
convenient to control the loading power.
03. Intellectual Chip with M&G surge protection
Intellectual Chip with M&G surge protection protects electric
equipment in a close distance.
04. Reliable and firm materials
All contact components are made of good quality tin-phosphor
bronze. This alloy is good at conductivity, flexible, strong
in anti-magnetism and anti-erodent, and fine in machining.
The components are manufactured by punching. The are secure
and reliable in connection, with temperature rising 13-28°C
(test value) far lower than the stand requirement 45°C.
05. Insulation and fire resistance performance
of the function modules
PC alloy engineering plastics, developed by specialists are
used in all the output components. The materials have very
strong capability in insulation and fire resistance in line
with UL94V.
06. International outlets
International outlets and IEC320 outlets of PDUs are applicable
for plugs with different standards. (Since the standards from
different countries are different, customer should first make
clear the required outlet standard before purchase.)
07. Various input types
Power input types are with different standards and types in
response to different requirements.
1) The input methods include double-input, IEC320 input, frontage-input,
rear-input and end-input.
2) The standards of the plugs cover the Chinese Standard,
British Standard, German Standard, U.S. Standard, Indian Standard
and standards of industrial connectors.
08. Suitable for the mounting of cabinets and
racks
PDUs are designed and produced in line with 19” standard,
so it can be mounted in various 19”(482.6mm) and other
standard cabinets and racks.
09. Convenient and simple for mounting
The 19” stardard dimension makes mounting convenient
and simple. With only two screws, the PDU can be fixed to
the standard 19” racks or enclosures.
10. Adaptable mounting brackets
The PDU is suitable for 180° mounting. Meanwhile, with
L-bracket, 90° mounting is available too.
11. Telecom line surge excluder (10Mbit/s)
It excludes electric surge for the telecom line to protect
common telephones and ADSL terminal setups, such as electrographs,
telephones, common modems and ADSL modems, so as to ensure
the uninterrupted transmission of data.
12. Ethernet surge exluder (100 Mbit/s)
1) It excludes the electric surge for Ethernet to protect
related setups, such as network cards, hubs, exchanges and
routers, so as to ensure the continuing transmission of data.
2) Pole inspection module inspects the conductive situation
of the ground line and recognizes the wrong connection of
live and neutral lines, so as to ensure the safety of electric
products.

High-level Custom-made Service
01. Switch protection
Custom-made circuit control is available that sub-switch can
be set to improve the security of PDU application.
02. Available specification
Two section dimensions of the PDU – 44.4mm*66mm AND
66mm*66mm are available to fit 19” cabinet. The length
of the PDU can be custom made.
03. Digital current display
Digital current display can be custom made to monitor the
aggregate current being used by the PDU to avoid the risk
of overload.
04. Input style of power
Input styles can be custom made in accordance with user’s
requirement, such as single-input, double-input, single side
input, forward entry.
05. SPD Professional surge excluder
Intellectual chip with M&G surge protection can be custom
made to provide a close protection for electric settings.
Based on authorized inspection by Chinese professional lightning
protection organization, it has the highest level in domestic
power lightning protection. Its instantaneous high current
protection reaches 10,000 amperes, with booting time less
than 0.000001 sec.
06. Custom-made plug and outlet
Various custom-made outlets are available according to equipment
and apparatuses mounted in the enclosure, such as IEC60320
(C13/C19). In the meantime, PDU outlet can be custom made,
including German standard, U.S. standard, U.K. standard, IEC60320(C14/C20),
Chinese Standard, industrial connector, etc..
07. Overload protection
16A overload protector with safety certification can be custom
made. The device is convenient and safe. It reacts swiftly
and can be used many times without altering the fuse.
08. Outlet number
6 outlet, 8 outlet, 10 outlet, 14 outlet, 16 outlet, 18 outlet,
20 outlet and 22 outlet are available upon application requirement.
09. Air switch
32A industrial standard air switch with auto-protection against
overload can be custom made for high power application environment.
10. Cable specification
According to different current used in the cabinet, customers
can custom input cable with different specification and lengths.
11. Pole inspection module
It inspects the conductive situation of the ground line and
recognizes the wrong connection of live and neutral lines,
so as to ensure the safety of electric products.
12. Cable managing device
Professional cable management device can be custom made to
house and coordinate the messy cables. Then the power application
environment will become safe and clean.
