Activated zinc oxide(Zinc oxide, activated)
Molecular formula:ZnO
Molecular weight:81.37
Uses: used as reinforcing agent and activator of rubber and cable, colorant and filler of white rubber, vulcanizing agent of natural rubber and CR, optical stabilizer of polyolefine and PVC, or used as catalyst in synthetic ammonia industry.
Advantages: Compared with common zinc oxide, the dosage of activated zinc oxide is 60% or 70% of common zinc oxide. The performance (resistance to wear and shear, elasticity) can increase 20 to 30%.
