JN-WW room temperature deinking agent is white solid powder, odorless, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dangerous goods, storage, transportation is very convenient.
1, Property and technical index:
Appearance: white powder
Purity: ≥ 98%
Acidity: 1% aqueous solution PH value of 7.0-8.5 (dipstick method)
Stability: cool and dry, valid for one year
Solubility: soluble in water at room temperature
2, dosage and usage
Dosage: 1. books and magazines at home and abroad, color pictorial and magazines use 0.6% (dry paper, the same) and caustic soda (protopine 1-2);
2. newsprint at home and abroad use 0.6%.
Usage: High knead pulp:
Put deinking agent and alkali into high hydro-pulper, per 100 kilograms waste paper adding water 750 kilograms for 30 minutes (about 20 minutes for newsprint), adding water to dilute slurry to enter next procedures: flotation, no flotation can enter to oblique sieve (or other equipment) can be dehydrated washing, rinsing ingredients.
3, Packaging
Plastic linned double-layer film, 25 kg per bag. Storage period: one year, to avoid moisture.
