1, Use:
Mud water-solubility binder. In normal condition, the negative charge of Si02 particle surface is mutually exclusive, but during the drying of shell foil, Si02 granule gradually cemented and the aggregate has viscosity and avoids anti-fire material deformation.

3, Packing:
250kg, polyethylene plastic drum. No storing in metal vessel and avoid 0℃ low twmperature, 40℃ high temperature, sunniness and long-term opening storage.
4, Special silica sol:
It can be used in the first interlayer of light foil.
(1)Surface mud formula:
1, fused quartz and zirconium powder mixing: silica sol: 5.31 kg; dissolving quartz powder: 7.16 kg; zirconium powder: 7.16 kg; glutinousness: No. 5 measuring cup 20-25s, proportion: 1.98-2.00.
2, Dissolving quartz powder: silica sol: 5.02kg; dissolving quartz powder: 10.19kg, glutinousness: No. 5 measuring cup 22-27s; proportion: 1.585-1.555.
3. Silica sol: 6.90kg; glutinousness; No. 5 measuring cup 17-19s; proportion: 2.998'-3.108.
(2)Backing mud formula:
1, Silica sol: 5.02kg; water: 0.4kg; dissolving quartz powder: 9.95kg; glutinousness: No. 5 measuring cup 15-20s; proportion: 1.695-1.75.
Silica sol: 5.02kg, water: 0.4kg, glutinousness: No. 5 measuring cup 15-20s; proportion: 2.023-2.043.
5, Notice:
1, If the glutinousness of the first interlayer modifies, adding water to adjust, adding wetting agent and anti-foaming agent.
2, Making new mud, adding anti-fire material powder will strengthen glutinousness and adding binder will reduce glutinousness. After stabilization, the new mud can be used.
3, Neutral water or distilled water can be added in mud to reduce glutinousness.
4, Silica sol solid content should be checked at least once a week.
5, After adjusting mud glutinousness, check mud density.
6, Use PH meter to test the acidity-basicity at least for once.
7, Cleaning wax foil and make it drying to avoid other lubricant pollution.
8, Before sticking the first mud, use silica to make it pre-wetting.If the second layer is thinner then the first layer, it does not need pre-wetting.
9, If it has bubble or air, please check:
(1), swirling caused by stirring
(2), do not stirring lastingly
(3), silica sol solid should not be added too much
10, Maintain mud temperature during operation, change appears in 3℃〔5oF) and do not make the environment temperature change more than 6℃(100oF).
11, Recording mud, anti-fire material, binder, water and other.
12, Before sol drying, clean mud equipment, tool and vessel.
13, During making mud, anti-fire powder should be added at last. |
