Hunan Anhua Lactic Acid Factory is a state-run enterprise, with 20 years history, a fixed asset of RMB 18 million yuan and a land of 1,000mu. Located at the bank side of Zi river and the foot of mountains, Anhua is next to Zhexi power station and national highway 217; we enjoy good location. Anhua now is the only lactic acid manufacturer in Hunan province .

As a researching and trading company, Anhua aims to get further development by high technology. There is an experienced research team working for Anhua now, 58 of them have the college education; meanwhile, we have established cooperative relationship with Shanghai microorganism institute to develop new technologies and products. Up to now, Anhua has got lots of honors, including "The quality product" of Hunan province and "The QA qualified enterprise for exported commodities" in Hunan province, etc. Our "Mingming" lactic acid enjoys excellent reputation in this trade too.

At present, Anhua can produce 5,000 tons of lactic acid, 1,000 tons of calcium lactate and 600 tons of lactate every year. The quality is the best, and the price is the lowest. Our products now are well-received in Germany, USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, etc.

At present, we adopt the latest producing method to produce lactic acid . The old method is: (Top-grade rice) is smashed→liquefaction→ferment→press filtration with lime (The filter residue is discharged and to the exposed place and is harmful to the environment)→evaporation→... Our present method is: Top-grade rice is smashed→liquefaction→ferment→press filtration (The filter residue is dried and becomes a good protein feed, which is well-received by feed factories and breed farmers)→ferment→evaporation→... This method not only improves the application efficiency of resource and reduces the pollution, but also helps Anhua get better profits. It forms a high-efficient & saving industry chain.

Now, we are working hard to build 10,000 T/A of lactic acid & lactate production line, this project will be finished by the end of 2007. In that time, Anhua will become a new brilliant star in the lactic acid industry in Asia.
