With registered capital of 10 million yuan, investment of more than 50 million yuan and 300,000 tons of metal ore reserves of vanadium. The company stopped production due to the high cost, environmental pollution.
Technical conclusion:
Through Pyrometallurgical - Calcium roasting techniques to extract vanadium pentoxide, we concluded that the techniques are backward.
1. Low output, low efficient and backward.
The company invested more than 30 million equipments and basic construction. The annual output is only about 100 tons. The comprehensive recovery rate is only about 30%.

1. Pre-treatment of ore
Ore pre-treatment processes including ore crushing, de-charcoal, flour, into a ball and so on, through the primary ore crusher (the smallest particles> 200mm), artificial load off the charcoal off the carbon at high temperature (temperature of the combustion layer of> 1000 °C), this process labor intensive, high labor costs, factory environment, pollution, carbon off ore difficult to control the temperature, the resulting flue gas must be treated compliance to emissions. 2. Pellet heating

4. Solvent extraction
The process has mature techniques. With good effect, but due to traditional equipments, the production and efficiency is low.
