Fanlei,born in January of 1957,member of Chinese Communist,senior engineer with college educational level. He is the director
of Jiangsu Agrochem Laboratory center,deputy to the 9th and 10th
people's congress. He graduated form Jiangsu Petrochemical College
in 1983. Now he holds concurrent posts as follows: member of China
Ecology Association,member of China Insects Association,director
of Changzhou Chemical Association. He has successively been in charge
of the following projects: technological project in national sixth
"five-year plan",synthesis and application of insect hormone,pilotscale experiment of 5T/year bensulfuron in the seventh "five-year
plan",pilotscale experiment of 20T/year primisulfuron in the
eighth "five-year plan" and the research and development
of pesticide effervescent tablet in the tenth "five-year plan".
It has received awards for the following: Prize for great achievements
in the seventh-"five-year plan,one prize for technological progress
in Jiangsu province,two third prizes and two fourth prizes. 8 China
invention patents have been applied,2 of which were authorized. He
has published 28 articles,8 of which have been published in the journals
in German and Britain etc.. He enjoys the special allowance of the
State Council. |
