　　In the second half of 2011, for the stability of cotton production, the market expectations of the operator and the enterprise using cotton, protecting farmers’ interests and guaranteeing market supply, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Railways, the National Bureau of Quality Inspection, the General supply and Marketing Cooperative, the Agricultural Development Bank of China have drawn up temporary storage plan for cotton in 2011, and it has been approved by the Sate Council then taken into practice. The storage plan was executed from September 1, 2011 to Mar. 31, 2012. the cotton temporary storage price is: the standard ginned cotton in-warehouse price is 19,800 Yuan RMB/t (metric ton), and the storage price of the other ginned cotton is calculated by 3% grade difference rate, 1% length difference rate. According to the actual executing plan of the China's Cotton Reserves Management Corporation, the company is carefully studying the spirit of the relevant document, and carrying out the storage work. Until Feb. 2012, the company has been stored more than 23,000t cotton products; in addition, our company also undertake 20,000t import cotton storage task from the China's Cotton Reserves Management Corporation beginning in May 2012.
