super fine eddy mill
General Introduction:
CWF superfine eddy mill is our self-developed
new-type superfine mill manufactured by absorbing international
advanced technology and considering the special requirement
on powder process equipment in fine chemical industry.
The main milling parts are made of high-quality imported
stainless steel(or 99% aluminum oxide corundum ceramic),
high strength, high abrasion resistance and no pollution
on materials. The equipment runs smoothly, low noise
and high efficiency, low power consumption(only 20%
of same type jet mill)
The machine has grading device and adopts
frequency converter to regulate speed for milling and
grading. The clients may randomly regulate the fineness
of product according to the different properties of
different material, uniform particle size and narrow
distribution range. There is special water cooling device
in the machine to keep material under normal temperature
during milling.
The machine is goodly in shape and easy
to install and maintain, widely used in superfine milling
for lithium battery material, fluorescent material,
metal powder material, military project material and
other fine chemical materials; also used as superfine
milling equipment for Chinese herbal medicine, food,
plant fibre, pesticide and other industries.

chamber, unit: mm.
3. Structure and Principle:
(1) Structure: it is composed of base unit,
swirler, pulse b ag-type
deduster and electric control. The base unit consists
of milling and grading system adopting frequency converter
to regulate speed.
(2) Principle: place materials into feeding
device from feed hopper, bring them into milling chamber
by spiral feeding device, then the materials are impacted
and sheared by high-speed rotated milling knife in milling
chamber under negative pressure, and mutually impacted
and frictionized between material and material, at the
same time, because of the effect of the high-frequency
shock caused by high and strong eddy, the materials
are fully pulverized. The pulverized material are brought
into grading room under high negative pressure, then
brought into discharging pipe to material collecting
device under the high-speed rotation of grading wheel,
the thick powder are thrown into milling chamber by
impeller to mill again.
