Description
|
Because this paint is free of solvent, its film is nontoxic, tasteless
and do not produce any pollution. This paint has
excellent self-leveling property, so easy to be
applied. The film possesses good adhesion, high
hardness, and excellent resistance to abrasion,
humidity and chemicals. Its appearance is
smooth, glossy and decorative.

Specification
and Surface Preparation |
Before application with this paint product, all cracks, joints,
protrudent and hollow spot on the floor should
be filled up and repaired correctly. Should
apply over primer, intermediate coat and other
coats (such as filler or mortar). The surface
should be sealed up and smooth, clean and dry.
Please consult our company or specifications of
primer sealer for related preparation method of
floor.
Recommend using the paint for summer when the temperature is over 20℃ at the application site and if it is between 0-20℃, use the paint for winter. To be attentive, this paint
will cure very slowly below 5℃.
Must mix component A and B according to the practical necessary quantity.
Recommend making this paint just before painting
with it. Should stir to even before application.
It is recommended to use up in pot life in case
it would cure and could not be used.
After painting with this product, may walk on the floor when the film is
hard dry. It cannot be used until it cures
completely.
The appearance of the film depends on environmental temperature and
humidity. Ambient temperature should be over 10oC
and relative humidity is less than 85% for good
appearance. |

Safety
Precautions |
This
product should be used in painting area by
professional operators. When painting, please
refer to Product Data Sheet and MSDS. Consult
our company if consumers could not completely
understand the precautions for safety and health
when applying this product.
Although
this paint product is free of solvent, minimal
safety precautions, as follow, should be done in
order to avoid danger or accident:
This
paint is flammable, so must be far away from
open flames.
In
general this paint has no danger of explosion.
However, enough ventilation is necessary at
application site.
Because
the paint liquid is harmful, protect skin and
eyes, and avoid touching with paints (Recommend
to wear working clothes, gloves, eye protection,
face masks, barrier creams and so on). If paint
gets in touch with skin, wash fully with a large
amount of fresh water and soap or appropriate
commercial cleaner. In case of eyes being
contaminated, rinse with fresh water for 10min
at least and give medical treatment immediately.
Recommend
face guard with ventilation pipe for the sake of
no absorption of paint fog and harmful solvent
gas, especially in badly ventilated conditions.
Handle
empty containers with care and do not bring
about environmental contamination.
